Our Story

Coastal Canvas is a family-run Pembrokeshire business offering bespoke receptions for your special event in our stunningly beautiful Nordic Tipis. The versatility of these striking tents allows us to tailor the space to suit your dream event. 

The idea came to us after my partner and I attended a completely different wedding experience in a similar structure. We were inspired by the atmosphere created by these magical structures. Our journey brought us to the Tent Tipi Family.

Being from a woodworking background, the natural products, the simple construction method was an exciting prospect. The slow-grown spruce timber sourced from sustainable Norwegian forestry using low impact methods offered by the Nordic Tent Tipi appealed to us. 

Being based in Manorbier, Pembrokeshire, we collaborate with local businesses that offer various special touches for your event. You will often see a Coastal Canvas Tent in the beautiful grounds of Manorbier Castle.
